The project consisted of interior renovations to 19,214 sq ft of vacant commercial space into a new, fully functional modern office space. The project included complete office fit-out, including steel stud framing/drywall, flooring, paint, wall coverings, mechanical and electrical systems, doors and miscellaneous finishes.

The project was completed throughout the main floor of a multi-storey building. The remaining floors and parkade below remained completely occupied throughout construction.
